Core Production Process Highlights (Stainless Steel Cookware)
Our cookware excellence is rooted in five meticulous manufacturing stages, engineered for durability, performance, and safety.
Step 1. Raw Material Selection & Inspection
Sourcing only food-grade stainless steel and high-purity aluminum, each batch undergoes rigorous chemical composition and thickness testing to ensure full compliance with international food safety standards.
Step 2. Automated Stamping & Forging
Utilizing precision hydraulic presses (500–2000 tons) and CNC forging equipment, we achieve consistent shaping of cookware bodies while eliminating structural weaknesses and ensuring uniform wall thickness (0.5–3.0 mm) for optimal heat distribution.
Step 3. Multi-Ply Clad Bonding
For premium cookware, we employ vacuum diffusion bonding technology to laminate stainless steel layers with an aluminum core, creating a seamless, high-heat-conductive structure that heats quickly and evenly, reducing hot spots and maintaining corrosion resistance.
Step 4. Precision Welding & Premium Surface Treatment
Advanced fiber laser welding technology is applied to critical cookware connections, ensuring seamless joints, exceptional strength, and long-term durability. Each weld is carefully controlled to achieve a clean, hygienic finish that meets the requirements of professional cookware manufacturing.
Following welding, cookware surfaces undergo 8–12 stages of precision polishing, combining mirror polishing and brushed finishing techniques. This advanced surface treatment delivers a premium appearance, superior smoothness, and enhanced resistance against scratches, corrosion, and food residue, ensuring every piece meets high standards of performance and quality.
Step 5. Quality Assurance Testing
Every cookware unit undergoes multi-dimensional inspections:
- Pressure testing (up to 0.8 MPa) to verify leak resistance
- Corrosion resistance testing (salt spray test for 48 hours)
- Heat distribution verification
- Final visual and dimensional checks.
